The Almond Board of Australia is developing an industry-wide strategic plan for the next five years, which will set key priorities for future R&D, marketing and organisational activities. Phil Herd from “Corporate Plans Pty Ltd” has been appointed as facilitator of this process. The enclosed briefing paper requests your feedback on a number of key industry topics. Feedback will be collated and presented at the Strategic Planning Workshop, being held in Adelaide, 24 th - 25 th November 2005. All industry members are invited to have input. Please take this opportunity to help determine the fu- ture direction of the Australian Almond industry’s peak representative body.
